Pal`s 10 in Bristol

This is the best one yet! I'm always traveling thru TN and I don't know why I never stopped at this location to try it. I'm impressed! The burger was hot and so were the fries. I'm hooked. I will be returning here for lunch again. I feel like I definitely got my money's worth.

First time ever eating at Pals! This was actually a bucket list item because I LOVE the buildings! The food was excellent!!

I wish it was Central Park from Knoxville but there come in close. Good food. I don't like that they changed the ham a few years back but everything else is good to me.

The west coast has in and out burger. East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. Has Pals. I think Pals does it better! Ive tried both. I might be biased though since I live in the area!

Love pal's just wish they had 1 closer like Euclid Ave for all us downtown people. They got 1 on lee Hwy 1 on volunteer pkyway 1 at pinnacle but need 1 downtown & Euclid Ave would be perfect.Make it walk up friendly like the ones in Kingsport TN.

First time trying Pal's. Got there sauce Burger. It was good. Not sure what all was in the sauce. A woman at the drive in was trying to explain it to me. When someone else from inside said it good. So I tried one.

Local favorite and must do for tourists. Staff are exceptional. Truly they offer "sudden service" like their sign says. Very fast and efficient. Never gotten my order wrong. Most chocolatey milk shake ever. Try the breakfast cheddar rounds with seasoning salt and "add heat"-- they throw them back on the grill for a minute to make them crunchier.

I've seen these places around over the years but never eaten at one till now. The exterior looks so cheesy that I pre-judged. However, remembering reading a few years back about what a great, well run company Pals is, I decided to give it a chance. I ordered a double burger, since the "double" just about everywhere is not that substantial. This place is different. If you order the double, you better bring your appetite. It's huge. The fries were well seasoned and delicious, and the burger had great flavor. I will absolutely eat at Pals again in the future. No wonder there is always a line!

Fluffy biscuits, crispy bacon, crispy cheesy tots. Yes that's a deer, but the dear in front of me paid our breakfast.

I go to Virginia every two weeks I stop by the one in Bristol on the way home on Sundays. I love their Big Pal and frenchie 🍟. Always have a smile from them. Wish they would come to North Carolina.

The food was good and cheap. My complaint is that if they mess up your order like they did to me you have to risk your life walking up to the window and potentially getting run over by other cars to get your food fixed. The girl at the window was less than apologetic and had an attitude when I asked for her to fix my hot dog. She also wouldnt come to the door and insisted on handing me the hot dog out the window while even more cars were driving directly towards me. It's a busted business model.

Good food but lil pricey to afford compared to other places

Great tea & fries, but pork tenderloin biscuits flat, crumbled, not like TV ad, disappointing considering other yummy food. I might try again & hope biscuit & pork better, but today biscuit score 1 or 2.

Pals is always a good choice. Excellent hospitality as always and good food. The only issues I had was something was off with my Peachie Tea and the mayo was just rolling off my burger as I ate it.
